This Privacy Policy describes how Lawton Labs ("we," "us") collects, uses, and protects information in connection with our hosted software services and our SMS messaging program.
We collect only the information needed to provide our services: your name, mobile phone number, email address, your consent records (including the date and time you opted in to receive text messages), and logs of messages sent and received through our services (message content, delivery status, and timestamps).
We use this information solely to provide and operate our services: sending you the service notifications and approval requests you signed up for, routing your replies to the correct service, maintaining records of consent, troubleshooting, and generating usage statements. We do not use your information for advertising, and we do not send marketing messages.
We send SMS messages only to individuals who have expressly opted in. Consent is collected during personal onboarding and recorded with a timestamp before any message is sent. Message frequency varies by service (typically 1–5 messages per week). Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message, and get help by replying HELP or contacting us at the address below. Opt-out requests are honored immediately and recorded.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the text message services (for example, our messaging carrier, Twilio, which transmits messages on our behalf). We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may disclose information if required by law.
Consent records and message logs are retained for as long as needed to operate the service and satisfy legal and carrier compliance requirements. Data is stored in access-controlled systems with row-level security; access is limited to the service operator.
You may opt out of messaging at any time (reply STOP), and you may request access to or deletion of your personal information by contacting us. Deletion requests are honored except where records must be retained for compliance (e.g., proof of prior consent and opt-out).
Our services are intended for adults operating or administering businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
If we make material changes to this policy, we will update this page and revise the effective date above.
